Sensory Stars is so excited to meet and work with you and your child to reaching their "stars"!

1.) Call our office today to speak with our staff with your questions or concerns.
2.) Schedule Evaluation. Paperwork forms will be given to you to complete prior to scheduled evaluation. Please bring them with you to evaluation. For evaluation, ensure your child is in comfortable clothing and wears sneakers! You may also bring a water bottle for them as well.
3.) Treatment Plan - Evaluation Results will be gone over with you within 1 week from evaluation date in order to explain results, clinical recommendations as well as set up goals for treatment plan, if applicable.
4.) Begin services !!!
5.) A re-evaluation will generally be conducted after about 15-20 sessions and recommendations will be made at this time to continue frequency, reduce frequency or discharge from services.
